This semi-rigid polyurethane casting resin is renown throughout the industry for its excellent impact strength and abrasion resistance, particularly in foundry tooling and other modeling and prototyping applications requiring strength and durability. Freeman 1060 is currently available in red only.

Freeman 1060 may be thickened to use as a surface coat using RenCast 6400-1 resin as a third component. Please see the "Procedure for using as a surface coat" bullet in the technical resource box for instructions.

055108 Black 1-Quart Kit, 055106 Black 1-Gallon Kit, 055106B Black 1-Gallon Hardener, 055107B Black 5-Gallon Hardener, and 055117 Black 55-Gallon Hardener have been discontinued.

Freeman 2060/60 Semi-Rigid Polyurethane Elastomer may be used as an alternative for Freeman 1060.

  • Shipping: Freeman charges standard published UPS/FedEx shipping rates (unless freight is specified). All orders under $25 are subject to a $5 small order fee. International orders are subject to a $250 minimum order.

  • HAZ-G = Hazardous material, cannot ship air, up to $33 surcharge applied for each package shipped ground within the US.

  • HAZ-A = Hazardous material, cannot ship air, no surcharge for ground shipping.

  • HAZ-T = Toxic material, must be sent by freight carrier.

  • FRT = must be sent by freight carrier due to size, weight, or hazardous classification.
